Hi, I'm Gillian. I like a clean inbox more than most people like weekends.
For the past two years I've been the person behind the scenes at Systo AI, supporting founders and small teams. I keep calendars sane, chase the invoices, answer the customers, and turn messy to-do lists into systems that keep running when I log off.
AI is part of every working day for me. I use it to edit videos, build motion graphics and 3D assets, put together simple internal apps, and run tools like Slack, Notion and Google Calendar. I'm also a Pragma expert. And I check every output myself before it reaches you or your customers.

What's an AIO? Isn't this a virtual assistant?
"Virtual assistant" is the old term. An AIO, an AI Operator, runs AI to do the work: the admin a VA used to do by hand, plus video editing, motion graphics, 3D assets and simple apps. I set the tools up, direct them, and check every result, so you get far more done with a real person accountable for it.
What hours do you work?
I work your business hours. Most clients are in the US, so my day overlaps EST and PST mornings; Australian clients get their full day. Urgent things get a reply within two hours.
How do you keep my accounts safe?
I use a password manager you control, two-factor on everything, and only the access each task needs. I'm happy to sign an NDA before day one.
What does "AI operator" actually mean?
I run your AI tools for you: writing the prompts, building the automations, and reading every result before it goes anywhere. You get the speed without the risk of a robot emailing your customers unsupervised.
How do we communicate?
Wherever you already are: Slack, email, WhatsApp or Teams. You get a short update at the end of every day and a written report every Friday.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Start with a paid trial week; if it isn't working, you can stop with no awkward conversation.
How do I pay?
Monthly invoice in USD, paid by card or bank transfer at the start of each month.
